Indubitably. Warmer temperatures breed disgustful agents - small or large.
Where cooler temperatures lifted odors, warmer ones will exacerbate
garbage/trash problems and pestilence. Hopefully, the parish will find a
means to the end that's forthcoming. This includes odors, snakes, rats,
termites, fleas, ngats, and crawly, nasty varmits looking for breeding
grounds. Geez, this reminds me of the times the Waste Management (didn't we
used to call them the garbage men?) failed miserably at ridding of of
garbage and we often had to call up reminding them that they missed our
street or cans even though they got paid by the government on a regular
basis.
