The house gutting program is being completed in that area as well.  It just
is a very big project and is taking some time to get through.

Our house, 3700 block of Charles Drive, was not in the oil spill area
declared by Murphy but is in the area declared under the class action suite
against Murphy.  Will our house be gutted if we are on the house gutting
list due to the oil spill? If not will Murphy clean out the house.   I feel
like we are stuck in the middle now since the judge and EPA say we have oil
but Murphy won't take responsibility.
