Cindy,

Let me get back in front of a map to give you a better answer to that and
get with Mr. Madary as well. I'll get back with you in the next day or so.

Good luck and God Bless,
Craig

Craig,

In relation to my question below about the Alexander Street canal, my home
backs up to that canal, on the South corner of Patricia Street.
In looking at the Duany plan, it looks like there is a green line along
that canal at the railroad tracks. Since many of the houses on my
street (mine included) shifted so dramatically after the water topped the
elevated railroad tracks and rushed down the slope, it would make sense that
a treebreak may help slow that water down, and may help stop the erosion
that was so prevalent behind our houses, as a result of the vibration from
the passing rail cars and the canal which supports those tracks.

I have been approached by my insurance company about the funds available to
raise a house that I built back in that location. At this point, I am not
pursuing that, but do not want to allow the opportunity to slip
by, as it is a date-sensitive offering. Is it possible to tell,
from his plan, if this strip between the canal and Alexaner Street (i.e.
the houses that would back up to the canal) are slated for mitigation?
Any help that you can offer would be appreciated. Thank you for all that
you have done, Cindy
