Please be aware that the money you are referring to is not lost and is in an
accounting audit- not in a search and find process.  I believe that the
reconciliation is going to result in some funds being released very very
soon so debris pick up can start up again.

Well since we can not show where 24 million dollars have gone, Fema has
stopped paying the debris contractor so all the work has come to a halt
meaning no one is picking it up. Today JR states he hopes it will be soon
the state is trying to help St Bernard find the money. It's like the blind
leading the blind. At first the amount was stated as 31 million but JR
realized the sheriff department had received 6 point something million.
