You have to click on the plus sign next to CHARTER and it will open to the
title headings.

Can anyone provide a link to the parish charter or provide it in a .doc
format or .txt or asci format?
 
It might behoove us to look at the charter again to see what exactly the
parish prez has the capacity to do w/out Council approval and to see what
modifications to the charter need to be done.
