Good Point, David, my hubby always says the houses sitting will rot on their
own and have NO chance of repairing so should just be listed for bulldozing.
Either clean them out or raze them, because they wont survive sitting.
BTW, did your house ever get gutted yet? about half of my referrals got a
response so far, several during recent spring break.
