That sounds like a sound idea.  The first of the debris pick up will begin
in the a.m. of the 6th and continue to ramp up through next week.  The more
important thing is that the funding issue should no longer be a hold up to
keep the crews on the road.  So we can plan it for sometime in May.
 
And we can always have more than one.

Craig, I would like to see the council initate this neighbor to neighbor
clean up day and promote it. The council would know best when is enough time
for URG to catch up with debris removal.  Maybe this has to be held off to
May. We certainly can't throw anymore out til what is there already is
picked up and the trucks aren't rolling til April 7, hopefully.
