building: St. Bernard only? Measurements, room numbers, materials etc..

With a little more hope and less anxiety, can someone give a more thorough
description (measurements, number of rooms, building materials, etc..site
URL where a picture inside and outside, and COST to us in building such if
any) of a Katrina Cottage proposed by the LRA/Gov.Blanco? Many are curious
as to whether it fits their needs. I've seen a photo-op on the new parish
website, but it didn't tell us a whole lot..
