Geez, Wendy. I suppose any knowledge stems from a tree with good roots, much
like St. Bernard Parish needs to revitalize if it's expected a full-blooming
at some point.

Besides having studied as a politial scientist in pre-post/college studies
of Plato/Aristotle and Socrates, I enjoy the Bible and good-ole'-fashion
common-sense (as in my Father/Mother's philosophies and not only by Thomas
Paine of yesteryear). Finding the time? Geez, one must remember, it's not
the quantity of time that is sorely needed: it's the quality of time
produced to fruition. However it seems like to many, there's just not enough
hours in the day to fulfill great quality of time that's needed to get the
jobs done. ;)

Anyhow, I appreciate it when someone tells me I do something good from time
to time. Hopefully, I won't run for any type of office as my focus is not
self-served. We leave that up to others, perhaps.  I just pray that everyone
in Katrina gets what it is that they have coming <G>>.. God only knows who
needs what...

  I always love reading your insight musings...god where do you have the
time for such deep thought, I'm barely able to keep up with FEMA, insurance
and kids...
