[StBernard] Parish Will Not Meet With Former FEMA Director

With Mr. Brown's invitiation to decline, and a possible "albatross" removed
from St. Bernard Parish's attempt to recovery with dignity and more chance
of success, the parish can possibly concentrate on getting a
spokesman/laison for a role in its dealings with FEMA and agencies needed in
a proper recovery. The parish did not need bad press and an image whose
background (whether the real suspect in FEMA's response failure or not)
could tarnish its recovery efforts. 

When one needs a "shiny knight in armor" to face the dragons, he/she should
not accept a "page or squire" in lieu, simply because shiny knight's cost
more, etc. Otherwise, his tarnished coat of armor can affect the outcome of
the joust.
