Can someone help?  I must be a little stupid, but I do not understand the
new flood maps. The area view of A/B and Freeboard - what is what.  Where
does Violet and below the canal fall.  Who is inside the levee protection?
Looking at this, if you are below Chalmette, you are not in the levee
protection.  Can someone just spell it out in simple terms?
