Unfortunately, we received the information at the same time that it was
released to the public so there was no lead time to digest and interpret the
information in practical terms for everyone-  We are meeting about this
again today to get something to disseminate to the public in understandable
terms.

1.  Was there a notice somewhere that helps break down info about a
definition of WHAT IS a FLOODPLAIN? How one ascertains if they're in one or
out of one? Do we gather that one is in or out of one depending upon whether
one is in or ourt of a levee protection area or perhaps can get flood
insurance or not? It's confusing. For example what about the area of
Palmisano and Genie?

2. How does one ("In a nutshell, that's hard to crack <G>), determine what's
their BFE and how does it affect one who builds on that site, repairs on
that site or sells the home either in buyouts or sells outright to someone?
