	Number one law to add to the books is every restaurant with a
drive-thru
	must put a garbage can at the exit of the drive-thru and it should
be
	

Nice one. 
Also add that every drive thru area should have the entrance to the
playground on the opposing site. Too many people drive off, peering into the
bag and balancing drinks, while kids are darting out of the doors in front
of the drive thru exiting car.
