 If we are dealing with inconsistencies, vagueness and an action which
mimics the Keystone Cops, perhaps we'll say we're really in the Twilight
Zone. Zones should be meant to be kept (like promises), not broken.

The problem with the FEMA maps is that they are old and do not break down
individual lots.  Your lot may be higher than your neighbors.

Think about it, I was in a B zone while the guy next door to me was in an A
zone.  My sister had her house in a B zone but her back yard in an A zone.
