Deborah, my worry is if we start now, we'll be in the middle of the
renovations during the upcoming hurricane season and what if we get hit yet
again?  It would all be for naught.  Since we are not even down there yet
(trailer issue) I had almost decided to take care of the roof and then wait
out this hurricane season.
