Governor Blanco announces proclamations, appointments 

BATON ROUGE, LA- Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco announced the following
proclamations and appointments Friday, April 28, 2006;

Proclamations:

Governor Blanco issued Proclamation NO. 24 KBB 2006- for a special election
in the office of judge, Family Court, Election Section 3, Division A, East
Baton Rouge parish, due to the prospective retirement of the Honorable
Jennifer Luse; and 

Governor Blanco issued Proclamation NO. 25 KBB 2006- for a special election
in the office of constable, Justice of the Peace Ward H, St. Bernard parish,
due to the death of the Honorable William Juan Fernandez.
