Murphy told my mother-in-law the same thing.  I gave her a statement from
Murphy which stated that Murphy was encouraging people to consent to have
their properties tested.  She brought the paper in & the lady told her
things had changed.  She had to opt out to be tested.

get your soil tested.  I will see what my Murphy contact says about this.
 
I know that Murphy has had a real problem with keeping track of paper work
so it does not surprise me that they lost yours.
