With homes that were 30-60% damaged on the onset by FEMA. With time moving
toward a free demolition, would these homes in this condition make it an
automatic decision by homeowners for demolition? What sort of damage to
homes are in consideration for demolition besides those that moved down the
street, had the roofs blown off with their bricks as well, etc, (obvious
choice from the standpoint that it would take more to fix than rebuild)?
