The pros pricing has come down to .99 a sq ft.  I can tell you that the rate
of gutting is going, there will be a real problem with the waiting.  As
unfair as it is, some people who have waited may be in a bad spot and may
find it better to pay for the service, when able to do so.

When I signed up by sending by mail 3 or 4 months ago, I needed to send in a
copy of my driver's license to the parish to do likewise. This way, it will
help identify the owner (and address) of the establishment being gutted.

Unfortunately, it is taking an extremely long time for them to get around to
folks. We just hope that there will still be "angels" who are going to be
around by the time they get to ours (at the cost "pros" are charging to gut
houses.
