I am NOT in a position to pay financially.  So I am totally at the mercy of
the helpers to do the job. (as are so many po' unfortunate souls. Paying
$2000 takes food off the table and clothing off the torsos.

The pros pricing has come down to .99 a sq ft.  I can tell you that the rate
of gutting is going, there will be a real problem with the waiting.  As
unfair as it is, some people who have waited may be in a bad spot and may
find it better to pay for the service, when able to do so.
