Ah, you're right Westley and I stand corrected.  However it's just
heart-wrenching to see what these folks are having to go through.  Murphy
probably has admitted their original culpability with the tank, but it's
just awful to see all the additional hoops people are having to go through
in addition to FEMA, insurance and the rest of it.

	Do not put all of this heartache on Murphy. In a lot of ways, their
hands
	are tied and you have to remember who put their hands in the
shackles,
	Sidney Torres, et al.
	
	Murphy is still a large employer in St. Bernard Parish and without
them we
	would lose jobs and tax revenue.
