Thanks, Craig,

I can relate to Melissa. I have tried several times
to find out where we stand with repairs and service
restoration. After being transferred to 4 different
customer service representatives I still didn't know
any more than before I called. And Melissa is right
when it comes to repairs--they make you feel pretty
dense.

Go and do lots of rattling!
