Has notice of this August 29th deadline been sent out officially to
homeowners?
 
Has this been posted in newspapers?
 
What council meeting came to this decision, what opposition or discussion.
 
What a pile of &^%&^. Why burden homeowners, many of whom haven't even
settled yet? 
 
This reaks (AND *&^*^). I may have been tempted to spend some more of my
money on what is left of my house but my gut tells me now just to default on
the loan and let the Parish kiss my unhappy ass.
