	CK, stick to your guns. We had to endure over 6 months with nobody
at the
	helm an no answers and now things are "critical" all of a sudden. If
Gaby
	and the others have so much energy let them cut everyone's lawn and
do some
	extra gutting, thereby helping themselves, their neighbors and the
Parish in

Ok, that kind of stuff makes me really want to buy property next to your new
home and leave it to rot, because I'm gonna sell it again anyways.
Then again, I should not be so mean.
Please try to see it from both sides and consider your own responsibility,
or you might just want to rent and not be bothered with duties of home
ownership.
 
When it comes to energy: well, we all were given the same 24 hours in  a
day. It only matters what you do with them and how you fill them.
