Craig,

I know some municipalities have property taxes that are not subject to the
Homestead Exemption.  Does St. Bernard have any property taxes like this?

You can call the assessor's office.  The residence list that is still above
the homestead exemption is down to 500 homes, compared to about 9,000 last
tax year.  Chances are that you will be in the clear.  There is no blanket
waiver of property taxes.  We are expecting about a 25% reduction in
collectible property taxes this year.
