I guess y'all know my stand on homeowners should clean their property, and
all those reasons wont change my mind, and apparently my reasons wont change
the mind of those who think their own property is no longer their
responsibility. 
Got to move on and just do what has to be done.
Too much other issues than to keep harping on this. 
Council is doing what it feels right to do for those in their districts. I
hope and trust.
