i cant believe that the people of new orleans that are present now could
have made such a HUGE mistake. they will live to suffer the consequences. 
well officials of st. bernard.  now you can start buying up that property
you have been thirsting for.  and turn the whole parish into one big HUD
DISTRICT.  GOD BLESS and KEEP THE FAITH.  be aware, they are coming back.
