	i know i have asked before about this but it is still unresolved.
there is
	now 2 piles of roofing materials behing my fence and i believe the
entergy
	truck will not be able to get to the poles( the main power source
for
	plantation ) behind my house. In the past
	the parish kept a chain across the property but now it is free for
dumping
	etc... who do i need to call to take care of this or should i get
used to
	it?
