[StBernard] Elderly and disabled

Last winter a group came down from a northern state to help gut houses of
elderly and disabled. Unfortunately there were few to none referrals at that
time.
There are still groups coming down, more during school vacation times, but
also in between. 
As the list of gutting requests for those church groups is long as well,
they may or may not have to prioritize them rather than first come first
served. 
With the newly published 'deadline' I seem to be getting a sudden influx of
requests to be put on the gutting list, and I just want to let y'all know,
if there is someone elderly or disabled, it might be well worth to note that
on the release form and work order, as it is clear that there are quite a
few who really can NOT do this job on their own.
