The debris should not have slowed, although there may be some logistical
movement that would make it appear that way.
 
As far as the insurance company, I would ask what they are requesting it for
and assure them that you will not be collecting more than the property
values.  If your property still has not been adjusted, they are way out of
compliance and a complaint would be in order to the insurance commissioner's
office- 800259-5300.
