[StBernard] Work Needed

Hi. I have a friend who isn't from the area, but is interested in coming
down to find work. He said he can do just about everything, but really has
no idea where to start or find information. So I offered to email and see
maybe if someone could refer him to somewhere or may know of a company or
people needing help. He isn't happy where he's living now and until he
know's where he wants to go, he feels he should be somewhere where it
matters, so he can make a difference. 
 
Kinda remarkable I think, any suggestions?
