[StBernard] Murphy Oil -Buffer Zone Purchases

We have a double on Jacob Drive between Judge Perez and St. Bernard Hwy.  
It's in the original spill area. We settled with Murphy and they didn't
mention any buy out.  My husband asked if they would be buying houses later
and the murphy guy said he had no knowledge of that but there were a lot of
rumors going around and he didn't think they were true.  But then again,
they lie.
