John and Pam,

No you do not have to gut the house and the other structures will be
included.

I'll follow up on it.

Good luck and God Bless,
Craig

Craig:

Per your request, we did not get the person's name on Saturday. There
were only 2 Ladies at the Comm. Development office this past Saturday, May
27, 2006, around 2:00 PM. We were the last persons out the door that day.
(The 2 Ladies advised they were closing the doors @ 2:00 PM that day because
of no A/C in the building). It was not the older woman (she wore glasses),
but the younger woman who took our form and made us "initial" a statement on
our DEMOLITION FORM stating "EXCEPTIONS NOT GUARANTEED."
She made us initial that AFTER she told us that the other structures may not
be demolished and that the Parish was only concerned with demolishing
HOMES (not additional structures). If you look at our form, our intials
are on the top right near that statement.

Can you make sure they demolish ALL of our property -- some of which is
still on the property at 1826 Alexander Avenue - Arabi (which include the
following: Large Carport / Garage / Workshed / Small House) and the HOME
which has moved to 1822's lawn ?

There is also a lot of other debris on our property where our house once
stood which needs to be destroyed. Our 2 large trees which fell onto the
property has everyone else's belongings in the dead branches of the trees
(since our area flooded twice -- KATRINA & RITA).

Also, we read recently where the home may have to be gutted before
demolition. We did not sign up for gutting since our home will be
demolished. Do we need to do that first?

Advise when you can.

ARABI, LOUISIANA 70032
