Ken did have one good idea, but politics (of course) got in way.

He tried to shrink the size of the school board to match the size of the
council.  School board fought him (DUH!), went to court, and I think the
judge actually added more people to the school board.  Go figure.

Interesting...I never followed the state reps that much to see what they
were or weren't up to, but this guy just seems like an idiot.  Glad he won't
be running again, and it will be some fun to see who does decide to run.
