People with no flood insurance got $10,000 from FEMA to replace their
contents.  Those of us who paid flood insurance for years got nothing from
FEMA or SBA.  So you get penalized for thinking ahead.

I doubt she received 20 grand to repair a mobile home.  The maximum amount
FEMA will give anyone to repair a home is just over $5,000.  Any monies over
that amount are to replace damaged goods (clothes, beds, etc).
