MMM,

Please call in on Monday at 278-4492 and give the information about the
address of the tree and the cars. We will get them stickered and if you
have signed a right of entry to allow for the tree to be picked up we will
turn in the request.

Good luck and God Bless,
Craig

I live in the oil spill area in Chalmette. I called a towing company to
remove several cars and a boat that were dumped on my property..... these
items did not float on my property during the storm....after the storm, they
were dumped on my property by others who did not want them on their
property. I was told that since the cars and boat did not belong to me,
they could not remove them. How can I get these cars and the boat legally
moved from my property?

ALSO, during the storm, my neighbors trees fell on my property. Family,
from out of state, came to help me after the storm and they removed those
trees.....and now a neighbor has cut down one of the trees on his own
property and allowed it to fall in my yard and has just left it there !!!!
What can I do to get this neighbor to remove his tree from my yard?

MMM
