please explain to me why we keep opening schools in Chalmette when most of
the people are now living in meraux, violet, and poydras.  I also heard that
J F Gauthier was the school that had the least amount of damage.  I would
think with the cost of gas we should not bus everyone to chalmette if they
all live further down??
