[StBernard] SBA Requirement to Sell

My mother is going through the process of a relocation loan with SBA right
now.  They bought a house in Kenner in November.  SBA approved them for a
minimal loan in December but they put in a request for a relocation loan.
In March, she sold her St. Bernard house.  Now that the relocation loan is
being finalized, SBA required her to send proof that she paid the entire
proceeds from the sale of the St. Bernard house to her current mortgage
holder (Kenner house).  Once she sends all of the paperwork, SBA will fund
the relocation loan, which will be enough for her to payoff the mortgage on
the Kenner house and have a little left over for contents or personal use.
