PD

After you settle, Murphy will give you a phone number to call and tell them
you want them to clean your home. It has to be gutted. It takes about a
month but someone calls you back and they set up the cleaning. The inside
is done by one crew and the outside by another. Ours is set up for next
week (inside). They have not called to set up the outside yet. I think
they will live up to it. When we had the house gutted, they picked up the
debris in no time. I had to call them and tell them the house was now
gutted and come and get the debris and they did so very fast.

Take care,

Laurie
