Since David Vitter and Bobby Jindal seem to have some interest in St.
Bernard (unlike Mary Landrieu and Willie Jefferson), perhaps you could
include them on Westley's distribution list and maybe they would see how
some of us view things logically and at the same time, how the federal
employees respond.  It would be really helpful if names could be included
and perhaps Mr. Vitter and Mr. Jindal could contact some of the morons
involved first-hand and find out if this is their opinions or if someone
else is pulling their strings.  With luck, maybe some of the idiotic items
could be resolved promptly and enable us as a parish to move forward.
