I am sorry about the confusion, but I know that many people were able to get
the form from the web site before-  It is still up probably because it was
just not removed yet.

I just looked at the St. Bernard Parish web site as I do nearly every day, I
noticed that the demolition form is on the site, it was not there before
June 9th the deadline for demolition sign up because I checked daily to sign
up.  Why is it there now?
