"Upset with FEMA after Hurricane Katrina" 

At this point, I will need you to do the following for me:  
1. Please email some recent photos of yourself and anyone else your story
may involve.
2. Please give me a list of reasons why you are so upset with FEMA,
including a detailed account of your encounters with them, what you have
received (if anything), and what your current situation is.  Please include
more information about the rally you have started with those in your
neighborhood.
3. Tell me what you wish you could tell FEMA. 
4. Tell me what questions you have for Dr. Phil.  
Please respond to this email as soon as possible.  After we have received
all information, someone from the show may call to talk to you further.
