Sue- Shortage of funds only apply to the average citizen of the parish.  
Maybe if some of the excessive overtime and temporary employees were cut the
government would have the money.
The waste, of tax dollars needs to stop.  Bigger government, same amount of
service but with one-sixrth the parish population.
