It seems two houses are being confused.  Bob and I own the real plantation
home (pre 1815) inside what is back up of our wooden fence on the corner.
It had never had water inside as it is about 5 feet off the ground, which is
one of the reasons we bought it.  We had about 4 feet for less than 3 days.
So being on high ground by the river helped.


The newer brick home on the river side with the large white columns that is
for sale is not ours.  Walter's property is part of the land on the river
side that his brother owned.
