[StBernard] SBA Requirement to Sell

When I spoke to SBA last week, I asked the same question - the lady told me
that if you are unable to sell within 2 years, they are pretty lenient. You
eventually HAVE to sell the property - they do not want people to hold on to
their property as an investment.
