[StBernard] ICC FUNDS

Someone posted awhile back about using ICC funds to remove your slab.  I had
my house demolished by the parish and now have just the slab left.  I got a
quote of $2000 to remove it.  Are there funds available to do this, or is it
an out of pocket expense?  If ICC funds can be used, how do I go about doing
this?
