[StBernard] Blighted housing list

After reading on Nola.com that several people had found that their homes
were incorrectly listed on the blighted housing list, I checked the list
myself to see whether my home or any of my family/friends' homes had been
incorrected listed also.   However, I quickly learned that the list, while
definitely incorrect, also seems incomplete since its alphabetical ordering
ends with "R"; however, there is no notation to address its obvious
incompletness.  Please advise.
