Rather than scanning a list of 7800 addresses, I've made it easier for
everyone to search for specific addresses.

Just a few notes on usage:
The search terms are very loose.  If you search for 201 in the Address
field, if will return every address that has 201 in it.  It doesn't matter
if it is 201 Cougar Drive,  2016 Charles Drive, or 3201 Coulon Drive.

It will only display 30 addresses at a time.  There is a button to scroll
forward, use your browsers back button to go back.

It is not case sensitive, so Chalmette is the same as chalmette.

To make it easier to find your street, just type the main part of the street
name and not the street type.  Use Gallo, not Gallo Dr.

If you do use the street type, use the abbreviation for it and don't put the
trailing period.

My list is from what was posted by the Times-Picayune, so it is not an
official list.
