Jer,

It was nothing more than a photo-op.  This is the same $4.2 billion that was
approved by Congress and now it has been given the first approval by HUD.  I
think it still needs the LRA to submit their "final final" plan for the
money to start flowing.

Hasn't HUD approved such monies months ago? This was done previously as
acceptance that the money would be made available  whenever
Congress/Senate/President approved the appropriations needed to the LRA. Why
did HUD have to approve it a second time? Seems the project is moving much
too slow for the people's needs.
