just have the electrician or plumber make the application- that signifies
the work is intending to start.

Okay Craig...what kind of permits can I get, i.e. plumber or whatever, w/out
being down there just quite yet.
 
My mother has developed decubitis ulcers on one leg/foot and she now has to
go to a wound care place to have these evaluated.
 
According to the article just putting a roof on is not good enough; have to
do something with permits.  I certainly don't want an electrician doing work
w/out being there to see what is what.
 
Please give me some suggestions.
